תיקון: תשנ״ט־2, תשע״ו־2
המנהל, או עובד משרד הבריאות שהוא הסמיך לכך ומתקיים בו התנאי האמור בסעיף 60כו(ב)(1), רשאי לדרוש ממבקש היתר, רישום או אישור לפי פקודה זו או מבעל היתר, רישום או אישור כאמור, כל מידע הנחוץ לשם הפעלת סמכויות המנהל לפי פקודה זו.
