מצא המנהל כי קיים סיכון ממשי לפגיעה בבריאות הציבור בבית מרקחת מסוים, בשל פעילות טכנאי בית מרקחת, רשאי הוא, בהחלטה מנומקת ולאחר שנתן לבעל בית המרקחת הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו, לאסור העסקת טכנאי בית מרקחת לביצוע הפעולות המותרות לטכנאי בית מרקחת או לקבוע העסקה בתנאים באותו בית מרקחת, לתקופה שיקבע.
