תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשפ״ה־2
לצורך בדיקת כושרו הרפואי של מבקש רשיון לעסוק ברוקחות או של רוקח מורשה או של מבקש רישום כעוזר רוקח או של עוזר רוקח, במקרים האמורים בסעיפים 9ג ו־9ד, ימנה המנהל ועדה של שלושה חברים, והם: שני רופאים מומחים כהגדרתם בפקודת הרופאים [נוסח חדש], התשל״ז–1976, ורוקח מורשה (להלן – ועדה רפואית); המינוי יכול להיות כללי או למקרה מסויים.
