רשיון מיוחד שניתן כאמור בסעיף 9ח דינו, לגבי תחום העיסוק שנקבע בו, כדין רשיון לעסוק ברוקחות, אולם מי שקיבל רשיון מיוחד כאמור לא יעסוק ברוקחות אלא בפיקוחו של רוקח אחראי.
