9. חלקו של שותף
שולמה ריבית כאמור בתקנות 4 עד 8, לשותפים בחשבון במוסד כספי (להלן – השותפים), כולם או חלקם, יראו את הריבית לענין תקנות אלה כמשתלמת באופן שווה לכל אחד מהשותפים כולם, זולת אם הוכח, להנחת דעתו של פקיד השומה, כי חלקם של השותפים בריבית אינו שווה; במקרה זה רשאי הוא להורות בכתב מה יראו כשיעור חלקו של כל שותף.
