13. תקופת כהונתו של חבר הועדה
תקופת כהונתו של חבר הועדה המייעצת תהא שלוש שנים מיום מינויו והוא יכול להתמנות מחדש, ובלבד שלא יכהן יותר משלוש תקופות כהונה רצופות; חבר הועדה שתקופת כהונתו תמה יוסיף לכהן עד למינוי חבר אחר במקומו.
