21. היתר זמני לעיסוק
(א)המנהל רשאי לתת היתר זמני לעסוק בריפוי שיניים לתקופה שאינה עולה על ששה חדשים בכל מקרה שראה צורך בכך או כל עוד לא הושלם הנוהל למתן רשיון.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לפי שיקול דעתו לחדש היתר זמני.
(ג)מי שיש לו היתר זמני יחזירנו למנהל ביום פקיעת תקפו.
