25. בדיקה רפואית למבקש רשיון
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)היה למנהל חשש סביר כי לאדם המבקש רישיון יש כושר לקוי, לרבות עקב מחלה, העלול לשלול ממנו, בנסיבות העניין, את היכולת לעסוק בריפוי שיניים לחלוטין, זמנית או חלקית, או שיש בו כדי לפגוע, בנסיבות העניין, בבריאות אנשים שבטיפולו, רשאי הוא לדרוש מהמבקש להתייצב לפני ועדה רפואית לשם בדיקה.
(ב)סירב המבקש לדרישת המנהל, לא יינתן לו רשיון כל עוד לא התייצב ונבדק.
