5. שיננית
תיקון: תשפ״ג
המנהל הכללי רשאי בתקנות, לאחר התייעצות עם ההסתדרות לרפואת שיניים בישראל ובאישור ועדת הבריאות של הכנסת –
(1)להגדיר כשירותה של שיננית ותנאי רישויה;
(2)להתיר לשיננית לבצע פעולות הכרוכות בחינוך לבריאות השן ובגיהות הפה והשיניים – לרבות ייעוץ בענין פעולות כאמור – בפיקוחו של מורשה לריפוי שיניים ובתנאים שנקבעו.
