המונע או מפריע פקיד מוסמך מלהיכנס או לבדוק מרפאת שיניים, מעבדת שיניים או בית מלאכה לשיניים או מקום שלגביו יש חשד שנמצא בו אחד מאלה, דינו – קנס 2,000 לירות.
