המנהל או רופא לשכת בריאות בתחומה רשאים בכל שעה סבירה להיכנס ולבדוק מרפאת שיניים, מעבדת שיניים או בית מלאכה לשיניים או מקום שיש חשד שנמצא בו אחד מאלה.
