12. תקופת כהונתו של חבר הוועדה
תקופת כהונתו של חבר הוועדה המייעצת תהא שלוש שנים ומותר לשוב ולמנותו, ובלבד שלא יכהן יותר משלוש תקופות כהונה רצופות; חבר הוועדה שתקופת כהונתו תמה, יוסיף לכהן עד למינוי חבר אחר במקומו.
