32כט. סמכויות המנהל הכללי
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)למנהל הכללי יהיו נתונות כל סמכויות הניהול והביצוע הדרושות לניהול השוטף של התאגיד שאינן נתונות לפי חוק זה למועצה, והוא יהיה נתון לפיקוחה.
(ב)המועצה רשאית להגביל או לסייג את סמכויותיו של המנהל הכללי, למעט סמכויות ותפקידים שהוקנו לו בפרק זה; החלטה על כך תוגש לשרים.
