התברר לנושא משרה כי נושא הנדון או המטופל על ידו עלול לגרום לו להימצא במצב של ניגוד עניינים כאמור בסעיף 32לד, יודיע על כך ליושב ראש המועצה או למנהל הכללי, לפי העניין.
