1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשע״ד
בחוק זה,
”גוף ציבורי“ – גוף המנוי בתוספת;
”ממונה מטעם המעסיק“ – מי שממונה מטעם המעסיק על ענייני עבודה של עובד מסוים או של כלל העובדים;
”ענייני עבודה“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)תנאי עבודה;
(2)קידום בעבודה;
(3)הכשרה או השתלמות מקצועית;
(4)פיטורים או פיצויי פיטורים;
(5)הטבות ותשלומים הניתנים לעובד בקשר לפרישה מעבודה.
