11. הסכמה מדעת
(א)לא תילקח דגימת DNA ולא תיערך בדיקה גנטית בלא קבלת הסכמה מדעת של הנבדק, והוראות פרק ד׳ לחוק זכויות החולה, יחולו בשינויים המחויבים.
(ב)הסכמה מדעת ללקיחת דגימת DNA לשם עריכת בדיקת מחקר תינתן בכתב.
