25. הסכמה של קטין שמלאו לו שש עשרה שנים
לא תילקח דגימת DNA מקטין שמלאו לו שש עשרה שנים ולא תיערך בה בדיקה גנטית, אלא אם כן נתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)ניתן לקטין הסבר כאמור בסעיף 12 בנוכחות האחראי עליו;
(2)האחראי על הקטין והקטין נתנו את הסכמתם בכתב ללקיחת הדגימה ולעריכת הבדיקה.
