28ח. סירוב להיבדק
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשע״ו
(א)סירב אדם להיבדק לאחר מתן צו כאמור בסעיף 28ו, יחולו הוראות סעיף 6 לפקודת בזיון בית משפט; הוראות סעיף קטן זה לא יחולו על קטין, אדם שמונה לו אפוטרופוס או פסול דין.
(ב)בית המשפט רשאי להסיק מסירובו של אדם להיבדק כל מסקנה הנראית לו מוצדקת בנסיבות העניין, לרבות בדבר קביעת קשרי המשפחה הנטענים כלפי אותו אדם.
