(א)על מאגר מידע המכיל תוצאות בדיקות גנטיות המוחזק בידי רשויות הביטחון יחולו הוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות.
(ב)דין רשויות הביטחון כדין רשות ביטחון בחוק הגנת הפרטיות.
