8. אגרה
השר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע אגרה בעד –
(1)הגשת בקשה לרישיון ובעד חידוש הרישיון;
(2)עריכת בדיקת בטיחות;
(3)עריכת בדיקת איכות.
