11ד. ערעור
תיקון: תש״ס־2, תשפ״ד
(א)על החלטת בית המשפט בערעור ניתן לערער ברשות, ובית המשפט ידון בערעור בשופט אחד.
(ב)התקבל ערעור, יוחזר העיצום הכספי ותתווסף עליו ריבית שקלית, מיום תשלומו ועד יום החזרתו, ויחולו הוראות חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, התשכ״א–1961, לעניין ריבית זו, בשינויים המחויבים.
(ג)שר המשפטים רשאי לקבוע בתקנות סדרי דין לערעור לפי סעיף זה.
