30. כשנתמנה מנהל עזבון לנכסי המבוטח
ניתן צו לפי סעיף 112 לפקודת פשיטת רגל, 1936, לניהול עזבונו של חייב לפי דיני פשיטת רגל, והיה על הנפטר חוב בר־הוכחה בפשיטת רגל בשל חבות שהיה מבוטח מפניה כאמור בסעיף 29 – זכויותיו כלפי המבטח, לפי החוזה לגבי אותה חבות, יעברו ויוקנו, על אף האמור באותה פקודה, לאדם אשר לו מגיע החוב.
