2. תחולת הוראות על סימני שירות
הוראות פקודה זו החלות על סימני מסחר יחולו על סימני שירות, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין, וכל מקום בפקודה זו שנאמר בו ”סימן מסחר“ – אף סימן שירות במשמע, ו”טובין“ – אף שירות במשמע, והוא כשאין הוראה אחרת לענין זה.
