4. הפנקס ותכנו
תיקון: תשס״ג־2
לענין פקודה זו יתנהל פנקס לרישום סימני מסחר (להלן – הפנקס); הרישום יהיה לפי פרטים אלה:
(1)שם בעל הסימן, מענו ומשלח ידו;
(2)הודעות על העברה או מתן רשות;
(3)ויתורים;
(4)תנאים והגבלות;
(4א)לענין סימן מסחר בין־לאומי הרשום בישראל – ציון היותו סימן מסחר בין־לאומי;
(5)כל פרט אחר שנקבע לענין סימני מסחר רשומים.
