43. תקנות בדבר התאמת רישומים לסיווג חדש
תיקון: תשס״ג־2
רשאי הרשם, באישור השר, להתקין תקנות, לקבוע טפסים ולעשות כל דבר שיראה מועיל, כדי לייפות כוחו לתקן את הפנקס, דרך רישום, מחיקת רישום או שינויו, ככל שיידרש למען התאם תיאוריהם של טובין או של סוגי טובין שנרשמו לגביהם סימני מסחר לכל סיווג חדש או מתוקן שנקבע.
