53. זכות ערעור
תיקון: תש״ע
(א)החלטות הרשם מכוח סעיפים 50 עד 52 נתונות לערעור לפני בית משפט מחוזי.
(ב)בערעור על החלטת הרשם לפי סעיפים 50 או 51 יהיה הרשם המשיב בערעור.
(ג)המערער על החלטת הרשם לפי סעיף 52 ימסור לרשם הודעה על הגשת הערעור בתוך שלושים ימים מיום הגשתו.
(ד)בערעור לפי סעיף קטן (ב) ישמע בית המשפט, אם נדרש לכך, את הרשם.
