6. פומביות
(א)הפנקס יהיה פתוח לעיון הציבור בכל שעה נוחה, בהתאם לתקנות.
(ב)העתק מאושר של כל רישום יינתן לכל אדם לפי דרישתו תמורת האגרה שנקבעה.
