63. הצגת שוא של סימן
הטוען כי סימן מסחר פלוני רשום ואין הדבר כן, דינו – קנס 750 לירות על כל עבירה; ”טוען“, לענין זה – משתמש לגבי סימן מסחר במלה ”רשום“ או במלים שמשתמע מהן, במפורש או מכללא, שהושג רישום לסימן המסחר.
