תעודה הנחזית חתומה ביד הרשם, לענין רישום או לענין כל דבר שהוא מוסמך לעשותו לפי פקודה זו או תקנות שהותקנו לפיה, תהא ראיה לכאורה לעשיית הרישום ולתכנו ולעשיית הדבר או לאי־עשייתו.
