5. תוספת לרכישה של הסדר נסיעה ברכבת
תיקון: תשפ״ב־4
(א)נוסע שאין בידו הסדר נסיעה, ישלם לפקיד רכבת את דמי הנסיעה לפי תקנות אלה, בתוספת כפל דמי הנסיעה, ובלבד שהתוספת לא תעלה על הקבוע בסעיף 17(א) לפקודה.
(ב)לא ניתן היה לרכוש הסדר נסיעה בקופת התחנה שבה עלה הנוסע לרכבת, לא תחול עליו התוספת לפי תקנת משנה (א).
(ג)היה לפקיד רכבת ספק בדבר התחנה שבה עלה לרכבת נוסע שאין בידו הסדר נסיעה, יהיו דמי הנסיעה שישלם כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), סכום דמי הנסיעה מתחנת היציאה של אותה רכבת.
