8א. חובת עדכון פרטים
תיקון: תשע״א
זוכה יודיע למוסד בכתב על כל שינוי שחל במצבו המשפחתי, בהכנסותיו או בעניין אחר, שלגביהם מסר בעבר מידע למוסד או בעניין שלגביו הודיע לו המוסד כי הוא דרוש לצורך קבלת תשלום, בתוך שישים ימים ממועד השינוי, והכל אם השינוי עשוי להשפיע על זכאותו לתשלום או על שיעורו.
