1. הגדרה
בחוק זה –
”פסק־חוץ“ – פסק דין שניתן על ידי בית משפט במדינה זרה בענין אזרחי, לרבות פסק דין לתשלום פיצויים או נזקים לצד שנפגע, אף כשלא ניתן בענין אזרחי.
