13. ביצוע ותקנות
שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו, ובתקנות לפי סעיף זה רשאי הוא לקבוע סדרי דין מיוחדים בבקשות אכיפה במידה הדרושה לקיום הסכם בין ישראל לבין מדינה זרה.
