1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”אמנת הבנק“ – פרקי ההסכם בדבר הקמת הבנק אשר נחתמו בבייג׳ינג ביום י״ב בתמוז התשע״ה (29 ביוני 2015);
”הבנק“ – הבנק האסייני להשקעות בתשתיות (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank).
