Section 3 of חוק אמנת הבנק האסייני להשקעות בתשתיות, התשע״ו–2016, ייצוג המדינה ותיקונים באמנת הבנק.
3. ייצוג המדינה ותיקונים באמנת הבנק
(א)שר האוצר, או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך, ייצג את המדינה לעניין חברותה בבנק.
(ב)שר האוצר יביא לידיעת הממשלה תיקונים באמנת הבנק, טרם כניסתם לתוקף.
(ג)בעת ביצוע תיקונים באמנת הבנק, למעט בעניינים כספיים ופיננסיים, יפעל שר האוצר בהסכמת שר החוץ ושר המשפטים.
