23א. שיקולי הגנה על בעלי חיים בעת הפעלת סמכות
תיקון: תשע״ו־2
מי שניתנה לו סמכות לפי חוק זה רשאי, בעת הפעלת סמכותו, לקול שיקולים לצמצום פגיעה ברווחתם של בעלי חיים כהגדרתם בחוק צער בעלי חיים (הגנה על בעלי חיים), התשנ״ד–1994, ולקידום מטרותיו של החוק האמור.
