19. הוראות בית־משפט
(א)בית המשפט רשאי בכל עת לתת לנאמן הוראות בכל הנוגע למילוי תפקידיו וכל הוראה אחרת שתיראה לו לניהול היעיל של ההקדש.
(ב)בית המשפט רשאי, אף בסטיה מכתב ההקדש, להתיר לנאמן את השימוש בנכסי ההקדש לסיפוק הצרכים החיוניים של נהנה או של התלויים בו.
