36. הנאמן הציבורי
(א)שר המשפטים ימנה נאמן ציבורי; הודעה על המינוי תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)הנאמן הציבורי יכול לשמש נאמן של נאמנויות, ומקום שבית המשפט ממנה נאמן, רשאי הוא למנות את הנאמן הציבורי כנאמן יחיד גם בנאמנות שלפי תנאיה יש בה יותר מנאמן אחד.
