היה בנכסי הנאמנות נכס שפעולות בו טעונות רישום בפנקס המתנהל על־פי חוק, רשאי הנאמן להודיע על קיום הנאמנות לממונה על הפנקס, והממונה ירשום בו הערה מתאימה.
