7. חשבונות ודיווח
(א)הנאמן חייב לנהל חשבונות בכל עניני הנאמנות.
(ב)הנאמן חייב לתת לנהנים דין וחשבון על עניני הנאמנות אחת לשנה ובגמר כהונתו, ולמסור להם ידיעות נוספות לפי דרישתם הסבירה.
