מי שזכאי לייצוג בידי סניגור ציבורי לפי סעיף 18 לחוק הסניגוריה הציבורית, התשנ״ו–1995, או סעיף 15 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, יהיה זכאי לייצוג כאמור גם לשם נוכחות עורך דין בחקירה לפי סימן זה.
