11. ישיבות
(א)ישיבות המועצה יתקיימו ארבע פעמים בשנה לפחות; יושב ראש המועצה או שליש מחבריה רשאים לזמן ישיבת מועצה נוספת.
(ב)יושב ראש המועצה יזמן את הישיבות ויקבע את מועדן, את מקומן ואת סדר יומן, ובלבד שהוא יכנס ישיבה לפי דרישת חברי המועצה, כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), בתוך 21 ימים ממועד הדרישה.
