20. שינוי סל השיקום
השר, בהתייעצות עם שר האוצר, רשאי בצו להוסיף על סל השיקום המפורט בתוספת, ובאישור ועדת העבודה, הרווחה והבריאות של הכנסת לגרוע ממנו.
