5. תפקידי המועצה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
אלה תפקידי המועצה:
(1)לייעץ לשר בנושא שיקום מתמודדי נפש, לרבות בענינים אלה:
(א)התוויית מדיניות שיקום ארצית רב־שנתית;
(ב)תכנון שירותי השיקום בקהילה ושיפור איכותם, זמינותם ונגישותם וכן דרכים לקידום השוויוניות בכל אלה;
(ג)פיתוח תכניות חינוך והסברה בקהילה, בכל נושא הקשור למתמודדי נפש;
(ד)שינויים בסל שירותי השיקום;
(ה)קביעת אמות מידה לנותני שירותי שיקום;
(2)לקבל דיווח ונתונים בדבר ביצוע החוק;
(3)ליזום מחקרים בנושאי שיקום.
