25. ייצוג הולם לאנשים עם מוגבלות
גוף יישום מוכר יפעל לקידום הייצוג ההולם של אנשים עם מוגבלות בקרב עובדיו ובקרב המפעילים שעמם הוא מתקשר לשם קיום חובותיו לפי חוק זה בהתאם להוראות סעיף 9 לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח–1998.
