29. איסור פינוי פסולת בלא אישור האחראי לפינוי פסולת
(א)לא ייקח אדם פסולת ציוד וסוללות מהמגזר הביתי ממרכז איסוף או ממוקד איסוף ולא יאסוף ולא יפנה פסולת כאמור בתחומו של האחראי לפינוי פסולת אלא באישור האחראי לפינוי פסולת; אישור כאמור יינתן בכפוף להוראות סעיף 27(ב).
(ב)אחראי לפינוי פסולת ינקוט אמצעי אכיפה כדי להבטיח את קיום הוראות סעיף זה.
