42. סימון ציוד וסוללות
(א)השר, בהסכמת שר התעשייה המסחר והתעסוקה, ובאישור הוועדה, רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין סימון ציוד וסוללות, לרבות לעניין אופן הסימון, תוכנו, גודלו ומיקומו.
(ב)קבע השר הוראות לפי סעיף קטן (א), לא ייצר יצרן ולא ימכור יבואן או משווק ציוד וסוללות, אלא אם כן סומנו בהתאם להוראות אלה.
