119. בדיקה על־ידי בודק דוודים ממשלתי
תיקון: תשל״ד־2
אדם הרוצה שבודק דוודים מוסמך שהוא עובד המדינה יבדוק דוד קיטור, קולט קיטור או קולט אויר, או יתן תסקיר להכנסה לשימוש ביחס לדוד קיטור, לענין הוראות סימנים י׳, י״א ו־י״ג, יפנה למפקח האזורי וישלם את האגרה שנקבעה, והמפקח האזורי יורה לבודק דוודים כאמור לעשות את הבדיקה או את הניסויים הנחוצים למתן התסקיר, הכל לפי הענין.
