122. איסור נעילת דלתות
תיקון: תשמ״א
נמצא אדם במפעל או במקום עבודה אף שאינו מפעל, או קיים יסוד סביר להניח כי נמצא בו אדם, לא ייסגרו הדלתות המפורטות להלן באופן שימנע פתיחתן בקלות מבפנים אלא אם יש באותו מקום אפשרות אחרת לצאת בנוחות:
(1)דלתות החדר שבו נמצא האדם;
(2)דלתות המפעל;
(3)דלתות המשמשות לעובדים במפעל מוצא מבנין או מגידרה שבהם נמצא המפעל.
