הותקנה במפעל מרפאה ונעשו סידורים להבטיח בה טיפול תכוף בכל פגיעה שתקרה במפעל, רשאי המפקח הראשי בתעודה לפטור את המפעל מדרישות סימן זה במידה ובתנאים שיפרש בתעודה.
